MKlik.
The full customer journey mapped and A/B-optimized - fewer clicks, faster checkout, more repeat purchases.
MKlik's store worked, but the numbers said customers were leaving on the way to the finish line: carts abandoned, checkouts stalled, one-time buyers staying one-time.
We mapped the full customer journey from browsing to delivery, then optimized each step with A/B testing - removing unnecessary clicks, streamlining address entry, refining confirmation emails. Abandonment fell, completion sped up, and repeat purchases followed.
A journey full of small exits.
No single step was broken - that was the trap. The friction was distributed: a redundant click here, a clumsy address form there, a confirmation email that didn't invite a return. Individually invisible, collectively expensive.
Test every step, keep what wins.
We instrumented the journey end to end and ran disciplined A/B tests step by step instead of redesigning on instinct. Every change had to earn its place with data - the ones that did compounded into measurably better numbers across the funnel.
